Description

Milton is a building dating from around 1840, possibly involving the remodelling of an existing house. It has two storeys and an attic, with three bays. The exterior is finished in painted rubble with margins.

On the southeast elevation, there is a central door with cusped panels and a fanlight, set within a corniced plain doorway. The building features sash windows with lying panes. The roof has straight skews and end stacks that are topped with deep cavetto cornices. There are two square dormers, also with lying panes, and the roof is covered with graded slates. Additionally, there is a porch and a small low outbuilding located in the re-entrant angle formed by a full-height rear wing.
