Earlier to mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage, in terrace. Harled. Painted margins, quoin strips and base course.

E (MAIN STREET) ELEVATION: door at centre. Enlarged windows in outer bays. Modern flat-roofed dormer windows above outer bays.

S ELEVATION: adjoined to No 42 Main Street (see separate listing).

N ELEVATION: adjoined to No 46/48 Main Street (see separate listing).

Modern glazing. Mutual gablehead stacks to N and S. Small purple slates.
