Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house with single storey, 2 bay wing to left. Whinstone, painted to sides. Ashlar long and short surrounds to openings.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central entrance to 3-bay section to right; timber door with letterbox fanlight; single window above at 1st floor; single windows at ground and 1st floor to right; canted bay to left at ground and 1st floor; canted dormers at attic to outer left right, with small round arched dormer to centre. 2 single windows to single storey bay to outer left.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skews; broad stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS, RAILINGS AND GATE: whitewashed boundary wall enclosing site; decorative iron railings atop wall coping; entrance gate to right.
