Description

Mid 19th century two-storey plus dormer 3-bay house. Squared and snecked predominately yellow whinstone rubble with light grey sandstone ashlar long and short quoins and dressings.

NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical elevation. Boarded timber door to centre. Two later flat-roofed canted bay dormers with metal cheeks.

NE ELEVATION: whinstone rubble with single window to upper right.

4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows to ground floor; modern replacement glazing to first and dormer storeys on front elevation. Graded grey slate roof. 2 stone gable-head stacks with clay cans. Modern rainwater goods.
