Description
110 Ettrick Terrace is a mid-19th century house that stands two storeys tall with a dormer and features three bays. The building is constructed from squared and snecked predominantly yellow whinstone rubble, accented with light grey sandstone ashlar long and short quoins and dressings.
The northwest elevation, which is the principal facade, is symmetrical. It has a boarded timber door located at the center. There are two later flat-roofed canted bay dormers with metal cheeks.
On the northeast elevation, the house is faced with whinstone rubble and has a single window positioned in the upper right. The ground floor features 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows, while the first and dormer storeys on the front elevation have modern replacement glazing. The roof is covered with graded grey slate and includes two stone gable-head stacks with clay cans. The property also has modern rainwater goods.
