Description
106 Ettrick Terrace is a mid-19th century house that stands two storeys tall with a dormer and features three bays. The building is constructed from squared and snecked grey whinstone rubble, accented with light grey sandstone ashlar long and short quoins and dressings.
The northwest elevation, which is the principal front, presents a symmetrical appearance with a central door. There is a VR Type C wall letterbox located at the far right. The roof has three later dormers.
The door has been replaced with a modern glazed version, and the original glazing has also been updated. The roof is covered with graded grey slate and features gabled dormers with slated cheeks and gables. A sandstone skew table is present, along with a rendered end-stack that has clay cans. The property also has modern rainwater goods.
