Mid 19th century two-storey plus dormer 3-bay house. Squared and snecked grey whinstone rubble with light grey sandstone ashlar long and short quoins and dressings.

NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical elevation; central door. VR Type C wall letterbox at far right. 3 later dormers to roof.

Modern glazed door. Modern replacement glazing. Graded grey slate roof. Gabled dormers with slated cheeks and gables. Sandstone skew table. Rendered end-stack with clay cans. Modern rainwater goods
