Description

Later 19th century, possibly re-working an earlier cottage. 2-storey, 3-bay cottage with 1st floor breaking eaves. Harled with contrasting, painted ashlar surrounds to door and canted windows.

Street elevation with door at centre (modern door), letterbox fanlight; large canted windows flanking crowned with decorative brattishing; gabled dormerheads to 1st floor windows in outer bays with decorative barge boarding.

Piend-roofed outbuilding to N, and row of cottages adjoined to S.

Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows. Grey slates, ashlar coped skews; painted brick end stacks.
