Description
Roseville is a house dating from the late 18th to early 19th century, featuring two storeys over a basement and three bays. The exterior is constructed of squared rubble walling, with granite raised angles and window margins. There are steps leading down to a central doorway that has a panelled door and a decorative fanlight above it. The windows are all single light, sash and case style with 12-pane glazing. The house has end skews, corniced axial stacks, and a slate roof. Simple iron railings enclose the basement area and steps.
To the left of the main house is a single storey outbuilding with a piend roof. This outbuilding also has rubble walling with granite quoins and margins, and features single light openings that are now blocked. It has an axial coped stack.
