Description

The Chapel at Cardoness, built in 1768, is a small rectangular single-chamber structure located on rocky terrain. It features large rubble masonry with pinning and harl pointing, and has a battered base course. The chapel includes pointed openings and saw-tooth coping at the skews. The roof is covered with purple slates, and there is a cross finial at the top. It has a modern door and window shutter.
