Description

Dated 1810. Single storey, terraced 3-bay cottage on falling ground. Rubble walling with polished sandstone margins, base course and rusticated quoins. Central panelled door with fanlight. 3 steps. 12-pane sash and case windows. Eaves band and cornice, graded slate roofs; 3 modern rooflights to rear. Sandstone ridge and skews, skewputt to right inscribed 1810 AB/MW. Coped axial stacks. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
