8 North Castle Street in Cullen is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built between 1820 and 1830. It is constructed from rubble with contrasting painted joints and margins. The cottage features a central entrance with a panelled door and four-pane glazing. There is an end stack and a slate roof. The building is situated on a sloping site.
