Description

3 Kirkgate in Linlithgow is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built around 1700. It is constructed from cream sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings and features raised painted margins.

The entrance elevation has three symmetrical bays, with a central panelled door flanked by windows that have been enlarged from their original form. The windows are 12-pane sash and case types. The roof is covered in grey slate and is piended to the north side.
