Description
The Walled Garden and Greenhouse at Dunskey House dates back to the earlier 19th century. It features a rectangular-plan walled garden situated on a sloping site of approximately 6,300 square meters. The garden is enclosed by coped rubble walls, with a red brick inner lining on the northern wall. There are three semi-gabled greenhouses attached to the northern wall, designed by Mackenzie and Moncur. These greenhouses have timber framing set on a brick base and include a decorative finial at the gablehead of the central greenhouse. Additionally, there is a decorative iron gate located on the southern elevation.
