Description

The Royal Bank of Scotland, located at 18-22 Bank Street in Alloa, was built in the 1840s, possibly designed by David Rhind, as a commercial bank. This building features a severe late classical style and is two stories high with three windows. The ground floor has a channelled finish, while the first floor showcases modern fanlights and architraved windows topped with a cornice. The building is also adorned with a consoled cornice.
