The National Commercial Bank, located at 30 Broad Street in Peterhead, was designed by David Rhind around 1857. This Italian-style building is three stories tall and features five windows across its façade. It is constructed of freestone ashlar, with quoin angles at the ends that are set back. Flanking the three-window center are single-storey sections, which include arched windows on the first floor.
