34 Broad Street in Peterhead is a late 18th-century building that features two storeys and a dormerless attic. It is constructed from squared granite and includes a shop front facing Broad Street. The building has a two-window gable and a two-window section with swept dormers on Rose Street. Notably, it has a curved corner that is corbelled to a square shape.
