Description

113-115 Warrender Park Road is a four-storey, five-bay tenement building designed by Alexander Macnaughton in 1880, featuring Jacobean architectural details. It is constructed from coursed orange sandstone with polished ashlar dressings. The building includes a base course, a band course above the ground floor, and string courses at the first and third floors. The window surrounds are raised and shouldered, with chamfered reveals, roll-moulded doorways, panelled doors, and plate glass fanlights.

On the south entrance elevation, doorways are located between the second and third bays and in the fourth bay. There is a full-height canted window in the second bay and a swept canopy leading to a stone finialled gablehead with kneelers. The fifth bay also features full-height canted windows with stone brattishing forming a parapet. Single windows are present in the first, third, and fourth bays, with a hoodmoulding and a pedimented dormerhead above the third-floor window in the first bay. The windows are plate glass sash and case. The roof is covered with grey slate and includes a shouldered and corniced wallhead stack with a decorative corbel to the pedimented panel, along with coped mutual stacks.

The interiors were not seen in 1991. There is low boundary coping along the street.
