Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house, subdivided by floor (No 12 to 1st floor). Stugged ashlar with droved dressings. Base course, broad moulded band course, cornice and blocking course.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: slightly raised doorpiece, deep-set panelled door to centre, 3-pane rectangular fanlight and bipartite window at 1st floor above. Tripartite windows to ground of flanking bays with windows to 1st floor. Windows at 1st floor with corbelled cills. Door to extreme left, 3-pane fanlight above, as assess to 1st floor house.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen fully, 1994. Red brick extension to centre with bowed end, like turnpike staircase, with doorway and window at 1st floor to NW.

4-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof with coped and rendered stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALL: painted, stugged ashlar walls with coping.
