Description
Mid to later 18th century; recast and converted by Ian Lindsay & Partners, circa 1970. 2-storey, 4-bay vernacular-style block forming part of terrace. Rectangular-plan; symmetrical arrangement. Harled and limewashed; raised and painted concrete surrounds to openings; exterior stair with timber railings to 1st floor. 2-leaf timber boarded doors to entries.
W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2 timber doors to ground floor in central bay set within stair recess; storage door facing N beneath stair. Stairs to 1st floor entry (No. 6) aligned above. Single windows to both floors in bays to outer left and right.
E (LAMB?S COURT) ELEVATION: regularly fenestrated to all floors.
12-pane timber sash and case windows to both elevations. Machine-made red pantiled roof with grey slate easing course and raised skews; harled apex stack to N with precast concrete cope and circular cans.
