Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement raised to 5-store in later 19th century and restored 1980s with later shopfront in former garden area. Rendered front elevation over stugged ashlar at 1st and 2nd floor, smooth render to later storeys above, rendered rubble to rear.

SE (FRONT) ELEVATION: projecting flat-roofed shopfront at ground floor; doorway to centre obscured by shopfront and now in pend running behind shop; single windows per bay and floor above; 2 velux rooflights.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: semi-circular stairwell; single windows.

Multi-pane timber sash and case windows. Slate roof with lead flashings; broad, shallow cross-sectioned mutual stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen 1993.
