Description
This late 18th century tenement building consists of five storeys and an attic, featuring four bays. The ground floor has been modernized with a shopfront. The exterior is made of coursed ashlar with polished dressings, although the ground floor has been painted. The rear is constructed from random rubble. The building has projecting eaves and raised margins around the windows, some of which have been previously painted. The windows are regularly arranged and include timber sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing. There are two piend-roofed timber dormers in the attic. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are tall end stacks, with the left stack featuring circular cans.
