Description

Late 18th century. 5-storey and attic 4-bay tenement with modern shop to ground floor. Coursed ashlar with polished dressings (painted to ground), random rubble to rear. Projecting eaves; raised margins to windows (some previously painted). Regularly fenestrated; 2 piend-roofed timber dormers to attic.

12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Tall end stacks, those to left with circular cans.
