Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 5-bay tenement with later shopfronts projecting in former garden area. Harled with raised margins.

SE (FRONT) ELEVATION: projecting flat-roofed shops at ground floor; single windows at 1st and 2nd floor above.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: 4-bay; tall stair window to left of centre; single windows to remaining bays.

NE ELEVATION: gabled with apex stack.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Purple slate roof with lead flashings; 2 rendered brick apex stacks, mostly octagonal cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1993.
