Description

  1. 4-storey plain classical end of terrace corner block, 9 bays to W (Lothian Road), 3 bays to S, with shops and public house built out at ground floor. Coursed ashlar (coursed rubble to rear). Cornice above shops; moulded eaves cornice. Regularly fenestrated; windows in moulded surrounds. Timber panelled door to flats with plate glass fanlight in corniced and consoled surround to centre W bay.

Plate glass in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Corniced ashlar stacks to ridge and (splayed) to wallheads at S and E.
