Description

Rose Cottage, located at 6 Woodhall Road in Edinburgh, dates from around 1840. It is a single-storey, three-bay cottage featuring a central door, ashlar-coped skews, and gablehead stacks. The exterior is constructed from coursed sandstone with large ashlar dressings. The stacks are coped and topped with yellow clay cans, and the roof is covered with graded grey slate.

In front of the cottage, there is a dwarf boundary wall made of random rubble, which is also ashlar-coped, enclosing the front garden.
