Description

Early 19th century; raised late 19th, early 20th century. Symmetrical, 2-storey (formerly single storey), 3-bay plain classical house forming part of terrace; subdivided. Whitewashed rubble sandstone at ground; whitewashed render at 1st floor; painted margins. Painted base course; raised eaves course.

NE (MARINE ROAD) ELEVATION: pend entrance centred at ground; single window aligned at 1st floor. Single windows at ground in bays to outer left and right; bipartite windows at 1st floor.

2-pane timber sash and case glazing. Graded grey slate roof; replacement rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen 1996.
