67 Marine Road, Port Bannatyne

67 Marine Road in Port Bannatyne is an early 19th-century house that was raised in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay plain classical house is part of a terrace and has been subdivided. The ground floor is constructed of whitewashed rubble sandstone, while the first floor features whitewashed render with painted margins. There is a painted base course and a raised eaves course.

On the northeast elevation facing Marine Road, there is a centrally located pend entrance at the ground level, with a single window above it aligned at the first floor. The outer bays on the ground floor each have single windows, while the first floor features bipartite windows.

The house has 2-pane timber sash and case glazing and a graded grey slate roof, along with replacement rainwater goods. The interior was not seen in 1996.
