Description
Grove House, located at 22 St Andrew Street in Brechin, is an early 19th-century two-storey mansion. The front facade is made of ashlar stone and features three windows, raised quoins, and a central doorpiece with pilasters. The door is modern, accompanied by a fanlight. The plain architraves have cornices on the ground floor, and there is a main cornice with a blocking course above. At the rear, there is a stair tower. The roof is gabled and slated, although the left-hand chimney stack has been removed. The building retains its original glazing.
