Description

The Brig, located at 26 Schoolhendry Street in Portsoy, is a semi-detached house dating from around 1800. It is two stories high and has three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted tooled ashlar margins. The entrance is located in the center, with small windows on the first floor. The ground floor features modern timber sash windows with 12-pane glazing, while the first floor has modern glazing. The house has coped end stacks, flat skews, and a slate roof.
