Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house (bays widely spaced) with frontage to Fife Street and 2-storey over raised basement return gable to Clunie Street. Harled, painted ashlar margins. Regular frontage with centre door; additional doorway in raised basement (21 Clunie Street). 12-pane timber sash and case glazing except for modern plate glass glazing in 21 Clunie Street. End and rear wallhead coped stacks; slate roof.
