Description

3 Fife Street in Banff is a house dating from around 1800. It is two stories high and has three bays. The exterior is harled with painted ashlar margins. The central entrance features a raised and fielded six-panel door. The windows are 12-pane timber sash and case glazing. The house has coped end stacks, which are shared with the neighboring property at No 5. The roof is covered with Welsh slate and includes a modern Velux attic light.
