Description

9 St Catherine Street in Banff is an early 19th century, two-storey house featuring a wide three-bay design. The exterior is harled with ashlar margins. It has a central entrance with a modern door and tripartite windows in the outer first-floor bays. The ground floor windows have plate glass glazing, while the first-floor windows consist of 12 panes with 8-pane narrow sidelights, all made of timber sash and case. The roof is slate, with flat skews that have moulded run-off skewputts and corniced end stacks.
