Description
11 Fife Street in Banff is a mid-19th century house that incorporates work from around 1800. It is a two-storey building with a dormerless attic and features a four-bay design. The front is made of coursed tooled granite, with margins. The entrance has a painted ashlar doorpiece that is supported by fluted pilasters and topped with a cornice. To the left, there is a later garage door and a pend entrance at the far left. The windows are regularly spaced and have plate glass timber sash and case glazing.
The house has end and ridge coped stacks and a slate roof that includes modern Velux lights. The rear garden is enclosed by rubble walls.
