Description

25 Clunie Street in Banff is a pair of single-storey and attic dwellings built in the mid-19th century. Both houses are harled and feature painted ashlar dressings. They have paired entrances that are corniced and pilastered, each with a panelled door and a window in the outer bay. Each house also has a canted wallhead oriel dormer, which is supported by a substantial shaped corbel just below the wallhead. The buildings have coped end rubble stacks and slate roofs.

The dwelling at number 23 has plate glass timber sash and case glazing, while number 25 features modern plate glass glazing with hopper upper lights.
