Description
19 Clunie Street in Banff is a two-storey, three-bay house built in 1805, featuring a T-plan with an advanced central bay. The exterior is harled with painted tooled ashlar margins. The entrance is located in the east return gable of the advanced wing and is illuminated on the Clunie Street side by centrally placed ground and first-floor windows that have late 19th-century coloured margined glazing. The advanced gabled bay is topped with a ball-finialled apex bellcote. The house has modern plate glass glazing, margined end stacks, and a slate roof. A low coped front wall includes a re-set datestone.
