The house has a rubble frontage with contrasting painted ashlar margins, while the wing and gable are harled. The central entrance is topped by a dated lintel above the central first-floor window. All front windows have 12-pane glazing, with varied glazing on the southwest elevation of the wing. The main house has coped end stacks and a slate roof, while the wing features wallhead stacks and a piended pantiled roof. Inside, the fittings include raised and fielded panelled window shutters. The property is bordered by low coped garden walls at the front and high rubble walls enclosing the rear.
