Description
20 Seafield Street in Whitehills is a house dated 1794, featuring two storeys and three bays, along with a single-storey, single-bay wing at the south gable that extends westward, creating an irregular three-bay front. The house has a rubble frontage with contrasting painted ashlar margins, while the wing and gable are harled. The central entrance is topped by a dated lintel above the central first-floor window. All front windows have 12-pane glazing, with varied glazing on the southwest elevation of the wing. The main house has coped end stacks and a slate roof, while the wing features wallhead stacks and a piended pantiled roof. Inside, the fittings include raised and fielded panelled window shutters. The property is bordered by low coped garden walls at the front and high rubble walls enclosing the rear.
