Description

Earlier 19th century, single storey and attic, 3-bay house with entrances to elevations to both Clyde Street (north) and

Shore Street (south). Coursed tooled rubble (random rubble

west gable), ashlar dressings. Centre door in each elevation;

paired windows in east gable; eaves bands. 2 original piended

dormers to Clyde Street, and 2 later 19th century canted

dormers to Shore Street; 12-pane glazing throughout; corniced

end stacks; slate roof.

Low coped rubble retaining wall with decorative spearhead

cast-iron railings.
