Mid 19th century. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay house. Dry dash. Base course; chamfered arrises; painted margins; ashlar quoin strips; low eaves.

S (CLYDE STREET/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway to centre, windows flanking. 3 windows at 1st floor.

E (GEORGE STREET/SIDE) ELEVATION: window at ground and 1st floor to outer right.

4-pane and plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; ashlar coped skews.
