Description
1 Wood Street in Portsoy is a two-storey, three-bay house built between 1860 and 1870. The exterior features harled walls with rendered reveals and some painted dressings. The house has a central door and three gabled dormers that break the wallhead. It includes modern sash and case windows, an end chimney stack, and a slate roof with pottery ridge tiles. At the rear, there is a modern sunroom that projects from the main structure.
