Description
6 Main Street in Portsoy is an early 19th-century cottage that is single storey with a dormerless attic, featuring a wide two-bay design. The front has a modern harl finish with a dry dashed texture and a part battered base course, along with rendered reveals. The long east elevation includes a doorway and a window, while the street-facing gable has a single window and a small attic light. The windows are timber sash and case with 12-pane glazing. The cottage has a single end stack, a slate roof, and pottery ridge tiles.
