Dated 1869. 2-storey, wide 3-bay house. Modern harl, rendered reveals, tooled rubble dressings. Centre door; gabled dormer breaks wallhead in each outer bay. Modern 2-pane sash and case windows.

Coped end rubble stacks; slate roof with Velux rooflight; pottery ridge.
