Description

2 Wood Street in Portsoy is a two-storey house built in 1869, featuring a wide three-bay design. The exterior is finished with modern harl, and it has rendered reveals with tooled rubble dressings. The central entrance door is flanked by gabled dormers that break the wallhead in each outer bay. The windows are modern two-pane sash and case style.

The house has coped end rubble stacks and a slate roof that includes a Velux rooflight, along with a pottery ridge.
