Description

3 Church Street in Banff is a house with an 18th century core that has undergone significant alterations and renovations. The building is harled with painted margins and features two storeys plus an attic, presenting an irregular three-bay frontage. The entrance is off-centre and has chamfered margins. On the ground floor, there are two small windows and two larger ones, while the first floor has longer windows in the outer bays. The house includes two late 19th century canted wallhead dormers and has 4-pane timber sash and case glazing. The roof is slate, with flat skews that feature 18th century cavetto skewputts, and there are end stacks.
