Description
Adriatic House, located on Monboddo Street in Auchenblae, is an early to mid 19th century building that was originally a single storey but has been raised to two storeys. The front facade features three windows, with the ground floor constructed of rubble and the first floor made of well-coursed stone with decorative dressings.
The building has two courses of stone depth and raised sills. It includes a central door topped by a rectangular fanlight and has 12-pane sash windows. The flanks are pebble dashed, and the roof is slated with straight skews and end blocks, along with end stacks.
