Early/mid 19th century. Originally single storey raised to 2, 3-window front, ground floor rubble, first floor good coursers with dressings.

2 courses deep and raised sills, central door with rectangular fanlight, 12-pane sashes. Pebble dashed flank slated roof, straight skews with end blocks, end stacks.
