Description
Lilian House, located on Inverurie Street in Auchenblae, is an earlier 19th century building. It is two storeys high, constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and raised cills. The central door is flanked by a later two-light window and a single light window on the left, while the original right-hand ground floor features a window, along with three first-floor windows. The windows have been reglazed and consist of two-pane sashes. The roof is slated, with straight skews and end blocks, and there are brick stacks.
