Description

Iona House, located on Chapel Green Lane in Earlsferry, is an earlier 19th-century building. It is constructed of two-storey rubble with painted droved ashlar dressings. The front features three windows and a central door. The roof is slated, with straight skews and corniced ashlar stacks at each end. On the north elevation, there is a two-window rubble rear gable and a rendered flat-roofed addition in the northeast corner. Additionally, there is a rubble garden wall that also has droved dressings.
