Description
Ritchie Cottage, located at 23 Links Road in Earlsferry, is an 18th-century, two-storey building with a harled exterior and painted margins. The front of the cottage features two windows facing the road, along with a narrow, off-centre window on the ground floor. It has a pantiled roof with skews, one of which has steps for roof access, and harled stacks. The south elevation also has two windows and includes railed forestair steps leading to a door on the first floor, with twisted iron balusters. The ground floor has a door beneath these steps. The windows are reglazed, four-pane sashes. There is a garage addition on the east side of the cottage.
