Description

Gean Cottage is a mid-19th century single-storey building with an attic, finished in stucco that mimics ashlar stonework. The central entrance features a six-panelled door with a shallow fanlight above, framed by a decorated lintel and a cornice supported by consoles. On either side of the door are two windows, each topped with shallow cornices. The cottage has two canted dormers and a small central box dormer, all fitted with four-pane sash windows. The roof is slated, with straight skews and end blocks.
