18 Low Shore is a mid 19th century single-storey cottage with a dormerless attic, featuring a narrow three-bay design. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar stone. It has a central door and four-pane glazing, with end stacks and a slate roof that includes roof lights. A substantial lean-to addition is attached to the south gable, which has a doorway and modern two-pane glazing, topped with a green felt roof.
