Description

Shamrock Cottage is a mid-19th century building that is single storey with an attic. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings. The cottage features a four-panelled door with a fanlight above it, two windows, and two canted dormers that have gabled heads extending over the splays. The windows are 8-pane sashes, and there is an additional window in the south gable. The roof is covered with slate and has straight skews with block ends.
