Description
3 Monboddo Street in Auchenblae is an earlier 19th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and features raised sills. The front has three windows, a central panelled door topped with a cornice, and 12-pane sash windows. There are two bowed dormers with lying pane sashes. The roof is slated, with straight skews and end stacks. Additionally, there is a low rubble garden wall that includes original railings, along with square gatepiers that have pyramidal capping, which are now covered in cement render.
