Description

Early 19th century. L-plan in steeply sloping site, stuccoed: 2 storey and attic main part with gable to road, 3 window south elevation with central door in plain painted architrave, two bowed dormers. Kintore Street gable, 1 off-centre window both floors, single storey and attic wing at intermediate level with door, window and bowed dormer. 12 pane sashes except at dormers which have been reglazed with straight 4 and

2 pane sashes. Slated roofs with straight skews, 1 stack rebuilt in brick.
