Description
East Denmill House is a late 19th century semi-detached house that stands two storeys tall with an attic. It is constructed from rubble in thin courses, featuring ashlar dressings. The front has four windows and includes paired centre doors that are topped with cornices and ball pendant brackets. There are two three-light canted bays, each with fish-scale slate roofs that are adorned with ornamental brattishing. The first-floor windows consist of single-light canted dormers that are centred over the end bays. The windows are four-pane sashes, and the roof is slated with straight skews and end stacks. Additionally, there is a low garden wall with railings.
