Description
The Seafield Hotel, located at 3-4 Sandyhill Road in Banff, is a mid 19th century building that likely incorporates some earlier materials. This two-storey and attic, four-bay structure has been converted into a hotel and features an additional bowed and skewed angle bay on the east side. The exterior is harled with painted margins, and there are doorways in the outer bays. On the first floor, there are four windows, including one with bowed glazing in the angle bay. The building also has three late 19th century canted wallhead dormers, and the windows are fitted with four-pane timber sash and case glazing. The building has end stacks and a slate roof.
